I keep coming back to Cover Girl’s Lash Blast, and have been using this exclusively for almost 10 years. This particular mascara is especially difficult to review, because there's nothing exactly remarkable about it, despite its being one of my favorite mascaras out there. This clean formula is free from parabens, sulfate, talc and mineral oil, and it’s infused with argan and marula oils to help condition lashes while you’re wearing it. There is no downside to this mascara; it is a wonderful product for daily use or on special occasions. I’ve spent so much money looking for something better when I can find this and nope it doesn’t exist !The formula is light enough to avoid becoming clumpy, but the brush is what really seals the deal for me. I'm not completely disappointed with the product, but I must say that the Lashblast Fusion is 150% times better than this one.

It seems that most mascaras have very little in common between their regular and waterproof formulas, so if it's the formula you like, you might be disappointed if you switch from one to the other. Covergirl LashBlast Volume has been around for a long time, but I find that it can be hard to find reviews of products that were released before beauty blogging exploded, so I hope this is useful for someone. The mouth has an inner ring which removes product off the bristles as it is being pulled out of the tube – the smaller the opening, the more product will be removed off the wand.

I first bought it on the recommendation of a friend with gorgeous, fluttery, thick eyelashes, after I asked her what she used, back in 2007. If you're looking for more dramatic lashes that also last all day, then I would definitely recommend the Lashblast Fusion instead.
