In The Wonderful World of Disney episode "Adventures in Color", Pongo makes a brief cameo chasing after Ludwig Von Drake after the professor pulled out a large piece of steak to illustrate how dogs see in color. In the novel, the surname of the Dalmatians' humans is "Dearly", but was changed to Radcliffe for the animated film; most likely because Disney has a number of families in previous films with similar names, such as the Darlings from Peter Pan and Jim Dear from Lady and the Tramp. In this, Hunter calls her and she greets him calling him her favorite nephew, Hunter answering that he is her only nephew. Hunter tells Cruella that 6 months have passed since his last failed plan and that he had been trapped in a container. Cruella indifferent, tells him that he only noticed that he still does not have his Dalmatian fur coat and asks him if he already stole the puppies. Hunter says no and Cruella angrily yells that he is a useless boy along with other insults and warns him that he has one last chance to show him that he was not useless. This shows that Cruella treats Hunter in a similar way to how she treated Jasper and Horace. Later, Cruella arrives in London with her car. It was repaired, but shows how time passed,now full of rust. It's also shown that Cruella's driving is just as bad, because it causes many accidents in the city in the places that she passed. Later she calls Hunter again, who had failed again in another of his plans and Cruella warns him that if he did not get the dalmatians before she arrived she would expel him from his own family, in the end Hunter returned to marry and Cruella finds him in an alley, then she tells him that she had enough of his nonsense so now she would take control of the operation to rob the dalmatians. There we see for the first time a silhouette of her physical form while she laughs evilly before the end of the episode.
