Overall, I would highly recommend this book as a really nice gift to anyone going through pregnancy as it's very approachable. It's the only pregnancy book I read, as the last thing I wanted to do was slog through "What to Expect" or any of those more in-depth books, as a Google search could generally answer all my questions. Then again, I'm past my due date and I've never once called my midwife so maybe I'm just too casual about the whole thing. "No blood, no problem" is my pregnancy motto. :) urn:lcp:daybydaypregnanc0000unse_i6u5:epub:bd29e380-397b-44af-9526-0ab2500089dc Foldoutcount 0 Identifier daybydaypregnanc0000unse_i6u5 Identifier-ark ark:/13960/s2brz2pvndq Invoice 1652 Isbn 9781409345183It’s a colourful read with lots of unique imagery and diagrams, and it also includes helpful tips on meal plans and exercises. We particularly loved that this book is littered with personal stories and experiences, which make it feel a lot more relatable. Key concept : A timeline of the pregnancy journey using images, boxouts and listicles to help describe possible pregnancy symptoms, exercise techniques and much more. The Day-by-Day Pregnancy Book is an amazing book and if you’re only buying one pregnancy book, it should be this one. It’s got it all and will last you through your whole pregnancy and beyond. I highly recommend it! The book is fully updated to reflect any changes in medical practice and this is the very latest edition. No other pregnancy book provides this level of detail and the book is full of comprehensive advice from a team of experts. This is exactly what I want in a book about a topic that’s so important when you’re going through it yourself.
