In addition, in Night mode the ionizer is turned off automatically.The APP: There is NO APP. I know, I know. On the one hand I like connected devices even if they can be aggravating. However, I simply don’t need the connectivity. I simply don’t care with the Insta AP300. The smart technology and complete automation that works wonderfully overcomes any misgivings I might have. the display is informative and again, the functionality is fairly self-explanatory. When you switch it on, the air purifier counts down on the display from 30 seconds as it assesses the air, and then displays a percentage reading for air quality. There are 3 sizes to choose from– You can choose from small, medium, or large. I personally have the large size, which can filter air in a space up to 388 square feet!

My favorite thing about this is that it stays simple and easy to use. No app or remote needed to operate, just plug it in and set it! I thought it was going to be a little bright for the bedroom, since the entire top panel controls light up, so you can see what you are adjusting. Thankfully, the lights actually turn off on their own, and you don’t have that distraction at night when trying to sleep. I love that when the air quality is good, the lights are white, but when the air quality is not great, the lights go red. Obviously, you know the air quality is bad when you hear the purifier ramping up. It is relatively quiet even at full power, compared to some other purifiers I have used.
