As a chocolate lover, I find myself wanting to make everything all at once for all my friends and family. Walking through a gate to be greeted by dozens of gorgeous sculptures-sorry, cakes-, a tiny shed with garden tools, and plush chairs. Christine, co-owner of Choccywoccydoodah in Duke Street, Brighton, said: "We always considered ourselves to be the proper Willy Wonka of the chocolate world and the employees were like the Oompa Loompas. The company started 17 years ago in Brighton, born of a drunken night out, based on the desire to eat copious quantities of chocolate after consuming a bottle of gin with my co-director Christine Garratt.
