Reminiscing our grandmothers’ crumbles, we were inspired by the abundance of this vibrant plant in the gardens of Ripley Castle. Our Award Winning Gins are expertly made by our Master Distiller, Tom Nichol who’s experience in the gin industry amasses over 42 years.The team at the distillery handpicks the rhubarb and distills it with limes grown in the Victorian Hot House alongside fresh ginger root. Sweet handpicked blueberries are distilled with delicate botanicals including lavender and finished exclusively with Harrogate Spring Water. Experienced Master Distiller, Tom Nichol, has lovingly created a classic gin by fusing traditional processes with a modern approach.
