We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. The mouse does have 11 programmable buttons but 3 are not recognised by default in the games, so you have to go through the complete - but very austere in explanation - G Hub software to create macros on each game, which is off-putting. With 11 programmable buttons, the Logitech G502 SE Hero gives you the freedom to program your favourite commands and macros. With the fastest frame rate processing yet, HERO is capable of 400+ IPS across the 100 - 25,600 DPI range with zero smoothing, filtering or acceleration.Also, the DPI management is not great in my opinion, and you also have to go through G HUB, without the relationship between the speed in PPP and the change in mouse resolution being very clearly understood. Using the mouse was extremely comfortable and the cord does not bend or rip compared to any other mouses I've used so far.
