An Air Sous Vide* system accurately senses the temperatures in each cavity and maintains an even temperature for a long period. It’s simple to use too: set a time for the AirFry to turn on or off, and stay in control throughout with the precise LED display. Temperatures can reach as high as 230C, and the timer can be run for a maximum of 24 hours – ideal if you're using the dehydration setting for ingredients like fruit.
