Angela was great – her delivery was tailored to the staff in the room (e.g. area of work, job role and discussed the products on our formulary). The content was appropriate and very useful and all staff commented on how it will benefit them in practice – they have a better awareness of which products to use when and were already discussing plans on how to relay this information to their colleagues. I feel patient care will definitely improve as a result of staff receiving this training.
