Developed for jigsaw fans who have limited motor skills, visual impairments or those living with dementia. Many of us have known nothing but Her Majesty at the throne so it is important to remember such a special period of our lives. Our late Queen Elizabeth II will be forever remembered for her grace, wit and great sense of humour whilst growing up in front of the nation and bringing a general sense of calm over Great Britain. With her colourful iconic outfits and cute corgi's we have have some superb monarch memorabilia for you! On 6 th February 2022, Her Majesty The Queen became the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, seventy years of service, having acceded to the throne on 6th February 1952 when she was just 25 years old. The large pieces and gorgeous imagery has been designed to be age-appropriate for adults, yet accessible to all.
The puzzle images were chosen specifically to evoke fond memories from years gone by to spark conversations with loved ones and reminisce around topics that may be long forgotten. ' The Queen’s Speech’ is a 40 piece puzzle that’s been painted by the talent ed Trevor Mitchell , which portrays a family gathering around the television to tune into Her Majesty’s speech… although it seems that some family members are more intere sted in their brand-new train set!

We’re Gibsons, the family-owned jigsaw puzzle and board game company. Founded in London in 1919, we’ve been entertaining generations for over 100 years and our passion is creating the best quality products for all ages. The city is immersed in history and tourists all over the world come to discover the narrow little lanes and ancient Inns alongside impressive buildings such as Westminster Abbey and the Tower of London. At its heart is the River Thames, on whose path you will find Greenwich, The London Eye and Hampton Court Palace. In our commemorative puzzle, we have tried to capture some of the joyous moments of her life, from her childhood, as a bright-eyed carefree young woman, through her military service in the Second World War, to her coronation ceremony, and beyond through the many years of her reign. She will be lovingly remembered as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother as well as for her dedication and resilience, and passion for her horses, her corgis and of course we, her cherished subjects. This popular jigsaw - full of royal smiles - has been reissued to rejoice at her extraordinary seventy-year reign. As the longest serving British head of state and the world's oldest reigning monarch, our amazing Queen is possibly the most photographed person in history. In this jigsaw we see her many expressions - regal, joyful, intrigued, thoughtful, happy... and glorious. This 1000-piece puzzle has been created by the talented Robert Opie.
My Account
Our goal was to create a puzzle that can bring people together during these difficult times. So we undertook thorough research and development when designing this collection, which included care home visits, liaising with Age UK Centres and teaming up with Zoe Wryko , Consultant Geriatrician and member of the expert team on Channel 4's award-winning TV show, Old People's Home for 4 Year Olds. Because the box is slightly smaller than our previous designs, we need less room to transport our products which reduces our carbon footprint and means you can store your puzzles more easily. We have also popped an artwork poster inside for you to reference whilst you piece together your lovely jigsaw puzzle. All of us, have been fortunate enough to have been alive during the reign of our dear departed Queen Elizabeth II. What a remarkable and selfless monarch she has been. Since becoming our Queen at the young age of 25, due to the premature passing of her father King George VI, she has devoted over 70 years of her life to serving her people. We have a variety of heirloom gifts available, so you can keep, appreciate them and pass down through the generations. From the highlands and islands of Scotland, the emerald isle of Northern Ireland, the valleys and choirs of Wales to England’s green and pleasant lands, Britain truly is blessed. Artist Maria Rabinsky has adorned the British Isles with a beautiful assortment of iconic and characterful images that will be familiar to many of us.
We have a wonderful range of jigsaw puzzles and wall hangings to celebrate the life of Her Majesty The Queen, including puzzles that celebrated her Platinum Jubilee - a remarkable way to remember that joyful occasion and the Queen's incredible 70-year reign. This 1000 piece puzzle has been created by the talented Robert Opie and was originally released in 2016, to celebrate Her Royal Highnesses 90th birthday. We loved the image and thought it captured the Queen’s elegance and personality perfectly, so we decided to give our customers another opportunity to appreciate the image, especially as there were only a limited number of copies printed for it’s initial release. Around 50 million people are estimated to be living with dementia around the world, a disease that can be isolating for both the sufferer and their family members, friends or carers.
