The pony jump saddle has a variety of benefits. But, as the name says on the tin, this saddle is specifically designed for jumping. This saddle is a fully double stitched covered leather. The panel allows for a closer feel enabling a greater communication between horse and rider. The difference between the jump and the GP is that it has a square cantle and is a forward cut saddle which gives the rider a secure seat and more flexibility. Bates saddles are from the same family as Wintec Pony saddles, yet offer a full leather more luxurious feel. If you prefer a leather saddle, or have a larger budget, the Bates Pony saddles would work well for you.
