The purpose of this pen, first designed over 100 years ago, was to develop a writing instrument that could be carried everywhere. The Kaweco Sport range is one of those products that is so great, it has barely changed since it was first introduced in 1935!

The Kaweco Brass Sport is made of solid untreated brass, which develops an attractive patina over time as the pen is used.The pen is fitted with blank ink and can be refilled with the Kaweco rollerball refills that come in blue or black. The Kaweco Brass Sport range is made from solid uncoated brass and has a pleasing weightiness in the hand. The Kaweco BRASS Sport fountain pen is made of solid, untreated, CNC-machined brass, which will age and develop its own unique patina over time unless polished. The Brass Sport closely follows an original 1935 octagonal design - 'Small in the pocket, large in the hand'. The natural patina looks good, but it's so satisfying to bring it back to mint condition every time, I can't help it.
