His writing has no real flare or energy; his ideas do, but his words do not convey them with any particular passion. I can't wait to read this book with the mind I'd be evolving in my upcoming time of existence as a mortal human being. He immigrated to the United States in 1884 and sold the patent rights to his system of alternating-current dynamos, transformers, and motors to George Westinghouse.
